And it's not that you want to be exactly at the same moderate speed. No. Great speakers are constantly changing their speed, sometimes faster, sometimes slower. Now, you'll never know this unless you take the time to rehearse on video. You've got to really hear how you sound in practice before you know your speed is just right for the real audience.
