Spend more time trying to design your life to design your environment to make it easy for you to practice good habits and hard for you to practice bad habits. I specifically selected an apartment to live in that's an eight minute walk to the Starbucks where I like to have breakfast. It's just too close to justify getting in a car and driving I would spend more time getting the car out of the garage looking for a parking space so I really have no choice. I have to walk. That's the laziest solution. I'm 15 minutes away from the beach once I'm at the Starbucks it's easy to walk there. It would be too much trouble to go all the way home get the car then go to the beach fight for a parking space. So we're all lazy. I'm lazy. The the more you design your environment so that the easiest thing for you to do is also the best thing the more you win. Follow the TJ Walker habit.
