Short YouTube clip by TJ Walker quoting Gertrude Stein’s claim that Stein never wrote more than about a half hour (30 minutes) a day, then arguing that daily, consistent effort accumulates into a substantial body of work and urging viewers to adopt the same habit.

Chapters

Gertrude Stein, one of the most famous authors ever, famously stated that she never wrote more than about a half an hour a day, 30 minutes a day. But she pointed out, you do that every single day for the whole year. It adds up to a serious body of work. You don't have to spend 12 hours a day on your creations. You do have to spend some time every day. If you want to have an impact, please follow the TJ Walker habit.
