TJ Walker (creator) presents a short video proposing a cultural shift: the "new currency" of respect is measured by how much you help other people rather than by material possessions or credentials. He gives examples (home care workers, ideas/inventions/creations) and closes by asking viewers how many people they have helped, referencing a "TJ Walker habit."

Everybody wants respect in the world. But there's a new currency. The old currency is how big your house is, how fancy your watch is, your academic credentials. The new currency is how much can you help other people. Now, you may be helping people as a home care health worker, but you also might be helping people with your ideas, your inventions, your creations. That's the new currency. How many people have you helped follow the TJ Walker habit?
