Here Is the Perfect Length for Your Presentation

I get two frequent questions and they are linked together. They're related. The first question is tj, how long should my speech or presentation be? The second question is tj, how can I be more concise? I want to be briefer. Briefer. Here's the thing. Your speech needs to be the exact length it takes to communicate the ideas that are important to you. It could be 30 seconds. It could be 10 hours. I've seen speakers hold the attention of the audience from 10am till midnight because he was consistently interesting. I've also seen speakers bore everyone to death and put them to sleep in 30 seconds. So don't focus on some magical link. Instead, just focus on making your idea understood and memorable. And take as much time as you need to do that. As long as it's interesting and relevant to people, they won't mind. You could be longer. You could be as short as this. There, I'm done.
