A short YouTube clip by TJ Walker offering concise creative-practice advice: produce work frequently (accepting that much will be 'junk'), then edit and refine daily to let the best material emerge. The clip urges writers and artists to create a lot of material as the starting point for lasting, high-quality work.

Chapters

Don't be afraid to produce crappy work now. Don't be satisfied with junk. But if you want truly great work, truly work that is going to stand the test of time, you have to produce a lot of garbage. Every writer will tell you this, Every great artist will tell you this. The thing is create on a daily basis. Then go back, edit, refine, figure out what to keep get rid of. The starting point is creating and creating a lot of junk. From that, the good stuff will emerge. Please follow the TJ Walker habit.
