A short YouTube video by TJ Walker (June 19, 2022) in which he says he enjoys spending time with children and senior citizens because they give blunt, honest feedback; he argues such candid criticism can inspire healthier choices and offers a brief call-to-action to "Follow the TJ Walker habit."

Chapters

I love spending time with children and senior citizens because they're not afraid to be completely honest. Everyone needs criticism from time to time. I know I do. A kid, a senior citizen, they're not afraid to tell you, hey, you're fat. Now, I know that's supposed to be fat shaming. I'm not telling you that. I'm not telling you to tell people that. But sometimes having honest feedback can be the inspiration you need to make healthier choices and healthier changes. Follow the TJ Walker habit.
