This is a simple toothbrush, but for most of human history, until about 100 years ago, pretty much nobody brushed their teeth. This is a relatively modern invention, but chances are you spend five, maybe even ten minutes a day between brushing your teeth, flossing. It's important to realize that it's not natural to brush your teeth now. It's a good thing. It's simply a habit that most of us have learned. Here's the thing. You may think of yourself as lazy, undisciplined, but if you have the ability to brush your teeth twice a day, which I hope you do, or more, then you have the skills you need to learn any habit. And to spend time on any habit. Again, you spend maybe as much as 10 minutes a day between brushing teeth, flossing. Spend 10 minutes a day on the treadmill or writing a book or anything else, and you can be a master at it.
