TJ Walker (speaker) encourages anyone who has taught even one person a skill (e.g., pitching a tent, hitting a forehand, baseball) that they already have the capabilities to be an online teacher. He argues that formal credentials or school employment are unnecessary and urges viewers to create an online course now, framing teaching as beneficial both personally and globally.
