And it's not because I want to be that capital I influencer. It's because I found that having these shows gives me an opportunity to strike up conversations with people that I would never otherwise have connected with. Can you give us an example? I mean, what's one of the best connections you've ever made from LinkedIn through a live stream? Because so many people think, oh, it's too intimidating, and what if I make a mistake and I can't do live? I mean, I go live almost every day on LinkedIn and make mistakes every day. Nobody cares. No, they really don't. Tell us about one of your success stories of someone you met this way and where it led. Sure. So in terms of connecting and meeting through LinkedIn Live events, I'll be honest with you, I do. I don't really know where some of my best relationships have stemmed from until I really sit back and concentrate on them. Some of them came from, they appeared On a different LinkedIn Live event, I connected with them, we struck up a conversation, and long story short, we've got a business partnership going. Others, I've met people at live events and struck up a conversation and then hosted them on my show. And again, business opportunity comes from all of that process. I'm also an adjunct professor at Northeastern University, where I teach the intro to Marketing course. One of my favorite things to tell my students is the secret to success in life. Because they're still young and naive enough to believe that anyone could give them the secret to success in life. But I love telling them this. The secret to success in life is not about what you know, but the secret to success is not just about who you know either. The secret to success in life is about who knows you for what you know. Your job then is to make sure more and more people know you for what you want to be known for. And these days, the best way to help you get to know people for what they want to be known for and have them know you for what you want to be known for is by leveraging social media. It's not that connect and pitch, hey, buy my stuff. It's that connect and connect. Tell me about you. What are you interested in? What gets you up in the morning? What are you involved in? And where can I lend a hand? That's just general, basic networking, the way Dale Carnegie taught us 85 years ago, and how to win friends and influence people. What I'm doing is seeing the best practices right now, today, as far as connecting with on LinkedIn.
