Did you know that you are a professional speaker? Now, that may sound crazy. You're not up on a stage with Anthony Robbins. But we live in a world where most people are heavily compensated by how well they speak and how frequently. All YouTube stars, unless they're singing or dancing, they're compensated by how well they speak. Comedians are speakers. Kim Kardashian, you might not love her show, but she speaks in front of a camera all day long. You speak, too. Now, for some people, it may be speaking in a job interview just once every five years. Every time you speak to your boss or a client about a raise, that's a form of speaking. And most important these days, when you speak, talking about yourself, your industry, your profession, value you provide to others in places like this. And you are speaking and you're compensated for it. So that's why it's simply an issue of how high up the ranks of professional speaking will you be. If you're not happy with your current income level, your current status, your current job, focus on speaking more effectively, because that is the gateway to success.
