Mastering Public Speaking: The Power of Positive Attitude

When it comes to public speaking, attitude isn't everything. You can have a great attitude, but if your speech is really boring, it won't matter. But attitude is a lot. When you see a famous public speaker like Arnold Schwarzenegger or Bill Clinton, every time they speak, they project the attitude of, I'm loving this. This is going really well. This is great. There's no place else in the world I'd rather be than right now with you speaking and that positive energy. Regardless of the politics. And I'm using Republican and Democr examples, regardless of what you think of them, people who see them in person say, wow, that was a compelling speaker. Their attitude of positivity was flowing throughout the room. Anytime you present or speak, you want to exude the sense that you're going to do a great job, you're happy to be here, and there's no place else you'd rather be than in front of this group of people right now, today. Do that and you'll be seen as a winning speaker.
