I've made a lot of bad decisions in my life, and I've made bad decisions in the last four years. But there's one decision I made of that I'm very proud of that has helped me a great deal. Four years ago tonight, I made a decision to myself that I was not going to watch any cable television news. And I have kept my promise to myself for the last four years. Tonight is election night in the United States, and I will be watching election returns tonight on broadcast and cable news. But after that, I plan on going back to my standard practice, which is I will read news for 30 minutes a day. I will not spend hours and hours throughout the day and in the evening watching news on tv. I highly recommend you adopt this same practice. It will save you massive amounts of time.
