Most people in the world these days don't suffer the traditional affliction of being malnourished or starving to death. But being overweight, that is the modern problem. Now of course you can always simply count your calories, reduce your calories, have enough intake to weigh your proper amount. But that's really, really hard. Here's something that's much easier. Don't measure calories, measure satiety. And that's just a fancy word for are you full? The problem most people have is we eat because it feels good, it tastes good, it's there, it's free. All of these reasons other than the fact that we might be hungry and we need fuel to let our body run. If you eat healthy unprocessed food simply until you know are no longer hungry, it's then easy to reach the ideal weight for you. No, it's not going to make you a supermodel. That's not the goal a healthy weight is. Please follow the TJ Walker habit.
