Few things in life are less glamorous, less sexy than the lowly to do list. The Checklist here's the thing. These actually work. Now you may be used to using a to do list for things like pick up laundry today. And you may be used to using a calendar for important appointments. But what about your daily habits where you want reminders? I have a lengthy to do list. I keep mine on my cell phone where I tell myself every day drink a large glass of water. Half the time I forget until I look at my to do list. Half the time I forget to make a video for you until I look at my to do list. Here's the thing. Everyone else is using to do list. I've already gotten emails for a to do list from Facebook today and Netflix and Amazon and Google. They're all trying to tell you what to do. You might as well use the same technique.
