It's raining today. Guess what? Nobody cares. The problem that a lot of people have, myself included, is we spend too much time thinking about the weather, figuring out what the weather is, and allowing the weather to decide our mood. That's a horrible practice. Now we can't change the weather. I think it's great to think about long term climate change issues, but today's weather? Unless you're a farmer, it typically doesn't matter. So really challenge yourself to spend less time thinking about the weather. Monitoring the weather. Unless you are a farmer and don't let the weather decide your mood, you can decide to be happy by focusing on what you're grateful for.
