I've just finished a training today on every side of New York City. Just finished walking through Central park. Now walking down 6th Avenue. It's kind of noisy. I'm carrying luggage, video equipment. And yet I still want to speak to you. I want to give you the sense that you need to stop delaying. You should be communicating with your customers, your clients, your prospects the same way I am now. So please, don't wait for the perfect time. Don't wait for a perfect day. Don't wait for a perfect setting. Just start communicating today. As long as you're giving useful information to your customers and prospects, it will be appreciated.
