In a lot of the United States, you're treated as if you were a deranged criminal if you suggest that somehow it might not be in your best interest to buy and own your own home. But I do want you to think about this. You need to be happy. If you want to be as productive as possible, have a great career, really flourish, you need to be happy. If you're living in a place where you're no longer happy, that doesn't work. If you're living in a place where there are no career opportunities for you, that doesn't work. That's one of the beauties of not owning, actually renting so you can move and go where you want to go to make yourself, please follow the TJ Walker habit.
