Chapters
Part of the art of living is not getting annoyed and letting your day get ruined when bad things happen or annoying things happen. This morning I woke up and no power in my house. It's likely not to be restored for six hours. I could get really annoyed, curse out the power company, ask why is the world conspiring against me? But none of that would really help. Instead, I'm going to Plan B, which is outside. No need for electricity, reading a book, doing some research for my next course because I can't make videos for the course I was planning on today. So if you want to build resilience in your life, you need to have a Plan B for every day, whether it's work or vacation. It rains on your vacation. Bring a good novel to read indoors.
