A short YouTube video by TJ Walker advising audience members to avoid using phones during live performances (theater, symphony, concerts) because screens are rude and disruptive to paying attendees; exception noted for recording a child in a talent show for family purposes. The tone is direct and admonitory.

Chapters

Don't be a jerk, I beg of you. Now, we're all rude from time to time. But if other people have gone to a live performance, theater, symphony, highbrow concert, and it's a dark room and they paid a lot of money, they don't want to sit behind you and see the bright screen of your phone while you check Facebook in Act 2. It's rude. It's obnoxious. People hate you for it. You are not so important that you need to be checking Facebook, email, text in the middle of a live performance people have paid for sure, if it's your own kids talent show and you've got to create video for grandma, that's different. Please follow the TJ Walker habit.
