Now, I'm not talking about the people who are the bottom billion people who live on less than $2 a day and are just trying to get subsistence. But for people who live in advanced economies, you know, the top 3, 4, 5 billion people in the world. The thing holding us back is not the big TV executive who's in charge of network programming. It's not the publishing CEO in New York or London. It's not the radio executive deciding who gets the Saturday evening talk show host. It's ourselves, because gatekeepers have lost power.
