Are you sabotaging your own career by saying no to speaking opportunities? You're invited to appear on a panel discussion for your industry. Oh, no, that's not my thing. Or I'm busy. Perhaps someone invites you to a podcast. Maybe next month. I'm not quite comfortable. You're going to have a lot of opportunities in your life, in your career, to speak on podcast panels, presentations, zoom calls. If your default is saying no, you're saying no to possibility, to success. Stop doing that. You need to say yes. Now. You don't have to say yes to flying across the country or across the world to speak to three people. But if you can speak to someone and not have to travel, not have to take 10 hours of your time, be foolish to say no. Stop sabotaging your own career. Say yes to speaking to audiences larger than one. And again.
