Tiger Woods was charged with DUI after a rollover crash near his Florida home, with police finding hydrocodone and codeine in his system. TJ Walker argues that fines and treatment won't work for ultra-wealthy celebrities and proposes a radical fix: mandatory use of Uber or a chauffeur for life, eliminating personal driving entirely.

Ultimize. What do you do and what do you say when you crash your car, get charged with DUI, refuse a drug test, and the whole world is watching? Tiger Woods just gave us that answer again. After a rollover crash near his Florida home, he's now facing DUI, property damage, and refusal to submit to testing. Police say he had bloodshot eyes Hydrocodone, codeine, some type of drug. Thankfully, I haven't had to take it. It was in his pocket and admitted he was looking at his phone and adjusting the radio before slamming into a truck. Wow, that's quite the decathlon of decadence. And now he says he's stepping away to seek treatment, which, fine, that's responsible. But we need to talk about the part nobody's saying out loud. I have one magic word that could solve 99% of Tiger Woods' problems. One word. This is going to be revolutionary. Are you ready? Uber. That's it. That's the breakthrough. Not rehab, not statements, not I'm stepping away. Uber. Tiger, you're worth hundreds of millions, possibly over a billion dollars, and you're still driving yourself around like you're late for a shift at Best Buy? Stop it. Just stop it. Let's put this in perspective. Tiger Woods isn't just rich, he's historically rich, filthy rich. Estimates put his net worth well over $1 billion at various points. And back in 2009, after his first scandal, he lost conservatively tens, if not hundreds of millions of dollars in endorsements almost overnight. Some estimates push that into even more. Here's the real question: do you enjoy driving so much that you're willing to risk hundreds of millions, maybe billions of dollars? Is the thrill of merging onto I-95 really that intoxicating? Oh man, I just love using my turn signal. What I remember. Wow. No. You have the financial ability to never touch a steering wheel again for the rest of your life. It's not a limitation, that's a luxury. And here's where I want judges to get a little more creative because the standard punishments clearly aren't working. Binds, meaningless. Suspensions, temporary. Treatment, important but not sufficient. If you're dealing with someone at this level of will, you need consequences that actually change behavior. Here's my proposal. No more driving, ever. Mandatory chauffeur, mandatory limousine. You want to go to the grocery store? Limo. You want to go to the gym? Limo or Uber Black. You want to go 200 feet down the street? Congratulations, you're going in the back seat with tainted windows. Because at this point, getting behind the wheel isn't freedom, it's negligence. And this isn't just about one person. This is a celebrity pattern. We've seen it over and over again. Justin Timberlake, DUI headlines, countless actors, musicians, athletes, same story. Rich, famous, surrounded by people, and somehow still driving themselves into trouble. This is the dumbest risk-reward calculation in human history. Risk: public humiliation, legal trouble, financial loss, possible injury or worse. Reward? You get to sit in the front seat and pick the music. That's it. That's the upside. You could literally outsource this task for less than the cost of your morning coffee. And yet here we are again. But there's a deeper issue here, and it's not about driving. It's about what happens when someone becomes so successful at one thing that everyone around them stops saying no. You're great at golf, amazing, legendary, but somewhere along the line, people start treating you like you're great at everything. Oh, you can hit a ball 300 yards? You must also be an excellent decision-maker while impaired behind the wheel. No, that's not how skills work. That's not how reality works. That's not even how basic math works. And when no one around you says, hey, maybe don't do that, You start believing there are no bad ideas, only misunderstood genius moves. This is what happens when your inner circle becomes an echo chamber. Everyone's nodding, everyone's agreeing, no one's grabbing the keys and saying, you're not driving. And the result, the same mistake, the same apology, the same I'm stepping away over and over again. So Yes, seek treatment, that matters. Take time away, that matters. But if there's one real immediate foolproof solution, it's not complicated, it's not philosophical, it's not even expensive. It's one word and you already know it. Okay folks, that's the show for today. I appreciate you stopping by. Please leave comments here on the YouTube channel. If you're watching any other social media platform, you can leave comments there as well. This issue with Tiger Woods, we see it everywhere in our culture. Somebody does one thing well. So for example, Elon Musk, he makes technology companies worth a lot of money. And then people say, "Oh, so he should know everything about foreign policy and domestic policy and how the government should run." Well, no, he ended up ruining his whole tenure at Doge, and doing a lot of stupid things because no one's willing to say no to this guy. We see that a lot in other places as well too. Be careful about that. Look, I want you to be successful and I want you to try new things, but when you try something new out of your comfort zone and you have a big impact and it could kill people, you need to have people around you enough that you respect them and they respect you so they can tell you no.
