One on one media training. This is it. This is where you really get a lot better. Quickly. No monkeying around, watching five other people, 10 other people get up and waiting your turn. If you want to get better faster, there's nothing in the world that will do it any better than intensive one on one personal training. That's what we do here at Media Training Worldwide. In our personal one on one training, everything is focused on you and your needs. You're not going to get some cookie cutter approach from 9:00 o' clock to 9:15. We're going to do such and such from 9:15. No, it's not that. It's all going to be focused on your precise needs. If you're going on Bloomberg Television or CNBC next week, we're going to simulate CNBC and Bloomberg TV interviews. Whatever your immediate media needs are, we're going to focus on that. We're going to simulate that. If you're interested in long term training for every aspect of tv, radio, print, we'll do that. Maybe your only goal is preparing for an interview for the Wall Street Journal next week. Well, we'll focus on that. So what are the benefits of this kind of training? You're going to save time and you're going to really go from rather going from 1 to 3 on a scale of 1 to 10, you can go from maybe 1 or 2 to 6 or 7 or 8 or maybe even 10 in a very short period of time because it's going to be personalized and unique to you. The benefits are you're going to know exactly how to look your best for media interviews. If you're ever on tv, you're not going to have to worry about, oh gosh, which way do I look? Do I look at the camera? Do I look at the host? Gosh, do I look fat sitting this way? You don't have to worry about that because you will know exactly what to do. You will get your message across in the media. You're going to know how to answer questions. You're not going to worry about so called tough questions anymore. You're not going to have to sweat that. In media interviews you will know how to handle any question. And the real benefit is you're going to get the exact quotes you want in media interviews from now on. Now, not 100% of the time, you never get 100% unless you're buying advertising. But after our one on one training, our clients get about 95% of the quotes they want in the story. If you follow our techniques, those are the Benefits you'll get so you'll look your best, sound your best, you won't ever have to be nervous again. You won't have to be on the defensive. You don't have to worry about surviving a media interview or getting through it. No, it's going to be a great opportunity for you to get the message you want and get the exact quotes you want in the story. Now, so what skill levels are we talking about here? Who do we work with? Well, we have worked with people who have never done a media interview in their life and are terrified. And we've worked with seasoned veterans, CEOs, Prime Ministers, people who have given thousands of interviews in their life. We work with people at every skill level to rehearse them, prepare them and give them new skills. So what's different about our one on one training here at Media Training Worldwide? Well, it's highly personalized and we give you every possible learning tool. Different people learn in different ways. Most important part is our time together. The simulated interviews, the videotaping. But before you ever step foot in our training facility or before we ever go to you, we'll give you books to read that have been created by Media Training Worldwide. Software to help you prepare for media interviews. DVDs to watch, online videos, CDs. We want to get your mind so focused, so primed with the key concepts of dealing with the media. So when you come in here, bang, we hit the ground running. We don't have to waste time with you listening to me give lectures. The real way to learn is by doing. We do media interviews one after another. Now, your first one might be a little rough. That's okay. You might feel really scared the first time you do a TV interview. Maybe not. Maybe you think you're great, but you've never really analyzed frame by frame how you look, how you sound. Well, now you will. So what specific topics do we cover in the one on one media training with you? Well, the topics you ask for. If you have to do live satellite TV interviews, we'll practice those. If you're never going to do one, we won't cover it. Maybe you have to use a teleprompter at some point. Well, we have a teleprompter. If you don't, we won't cover it. Trade publications, crisis media interviews. What do you do if there's been an explosion at your factory and seven people are now dead and CNN and Fox News Channel helicopters are flying above? That's not the time to prepare. Now is the time to prepare for A crisis like that. So any topic that you want covered, specific to dealing with the media, we will cover it. So by the end of the day or by the end of our time together, you'll have real skills. It's not going to be an intellectual understanding. It's not only. But you'll have seen yourself do it. You'll have seen yourself master media interviews. And no matter how tough the questions are, believe me, we will pound away on you. We will ask questions so tough that real interviews will seem simple. And you won't care because you'll see that it doesn't matter how tough the questions are. Reporters have 100% control over questions, but you have 100% control over what comes out of your mouth. Now, that's an easy thing for me to say. It's quite another for you to actually display that principle in the heat of the moment when there's a bright light in your face. But those are some of the things you're going to learn. Those are the skills that you will take away after our one on one training day. Now, how does it go? How does this really work? For starters, the training is going to be focused on you. But if you want to bring other members of your team in, that's fine. If you have in house PR people in house marketing people, other people you work with, personal assistants, they can be in on the training, that's fine. We encourage that. We can come to you, believe me. I've trained in residential palaces, small hotels, personal homes and offices all over the world. We can come to you. We bring the cameras, lights, microphones, or you can come to us. In our media training facility in midtown Manhattan in the Times Square area. We've got every kind of teleprompter, virtual reality audience, satellite TV interview backdrop, you name it, we've got it here at our studio. But we can train anywhere. So again, what's the process like? We go over a few basics, then we do sample interviews. We videotape it. Even if you're not worried about tv, we're still going to videotape the interviews, so we can play it back. That way we can show you. Even if a print reporter interviews you over the phone, here's how. Anything you say can and will be quoted out of context. Your comments can be sliced and diced. Now, the answer to that is not to try to find sympathetic reporters. The answer to that is to speak in such a way that no matter how your answers are sliced and diced, you still look good. You still get your message across, and we're going to deal with the number one problem most people have with media interviews. And that is they think a media interview is a real conversation like every other conversation they've ever had in their life. Wrong. It's not. A media interview is a strange, unique beast that requires a completely different set of analytical tools, a different way of thinking. Thinking and a different way of talking might not be fair, but it's reality. So what are the long term benefits you're going to get from this one on one Training. You're going to know how to master any media interview. You're going to know the steps to take to prepare. You're going to know what to do in the middle of an interview. You're going to know how to frame your media message, narrow your points down, speak in sound bites and not survive media interviews. Not get through, not do okay, but do great. Do extremely well in every single interview. So what's the next step? Look at your calendar. Let's find some dates, call us up, let's get it on the calendar.
