Hi, I am in Anutara Hotel. It's the former Four Seasons in Bangkok. Beautiful, beautiful surroundings, fabulous art park, and have just absolutely stuffed myself with a buffet that is about 10 miles long and getting ready for a day of sightseeing here all week for public speaking and media training sessions with the United nations. And looking forward to that. But also try to enjoy a little bit of the culture. Anytime I go someplace new, try to do as much walking as possible to walk off some of the buffets. And also I find that's the best way to really explore a city. Plus, with all the jet lag and being 12 hours difference, it's the best way to get tired enough to really sleep. Well, if any of you are watching and you're in Bangkok and would like to get together, talk about public speaking, media training or other issues, send me a message here on Facebook. Thanks.
