TJ WALKER - THE HABIT INFLUENCER - Personal Development | LIVE STREAM

Live-stream commentary by TJ Walker and others analyzing Michelle Obama’s speech at the Democratic National Convention. The speakers praise her delivery (pacing, tone, pauses, conversational style), call it possibly her best speech, note emotional and personal moments (references to her daughters and the house built by slaves), and argue the speech strengthens the case for Hillary Clinton and boosts Democratic morale.
Chapters
First lady Michelle Obama addressed the Democratic National Convention on live nationwide TV tonight.
How did she do?
I think there's going to be consensus.
In the media and the political commentary.
That this was the absolute best speech of Michelle Obama's life.
Now, she's never been known as a.
Horrible speaker, but she's certainly not been.
Known as a great world class orator.
Typically, people haven't said, well, she gave.
A speech as good as her husband.
Did in 2004 when he really put.
His own political star on the trajectory.
Well, tonight was different.
Tonight was the sort of speech that.
Gets people talking about, should Michelle Obama.
Run for the Senate in Illinois, should.
She run for president in four or eight years?
It was that strong a speech.
She gave a virtuoso performance in terms.
Of the mechanics, her pacing, her speed.
Her tone, her volume. She used the full range of her voice. She was conversational the whole time. She never rushed, she wasn't afraid to.
Pause, and she never yelled. Yelling is one of the biggest problems most speakers have.
That includes people like Donald Trump, Bernie.
Sanders, and, yes, Hillary Clinton from time to time.
Michelle Obama didn't yell, and yet she.
Still came across incredibly forceful.
She had a narrative that really resonated.
With the Democrats in the hall.
She talked about every day waking up.
In a house built by slaves with.
Her young black daughters.
There were emotional moments, there were personal moments, and yet she accomplished the main goal, which is really building a strong.
Case for Hillary Clinton.
She'd known her, she liked her, she.
Worked with her, she thought she was quite capable.
Will this win a lot of Republican.
Votes or independent votes?
I don't know about that, but certainly.
It makes Democrats feel much better about Hillary Clinton.
A lot of Bernie Sanders supporters have.
Nothing but favorable views towards Michelle Obama.
And hearing her say so many things about Hillary Clinton I think resonates.
And like all first ladies, her personal.
Approval ratings are much higher than any.
Regular politician, whether it's Barack Obama or Hillary Clinton.
So hearing someone who is so respected.
Across the country can only help Hillary Clinton as well.
All in all, the first lady, the.
White House, the Democratic National Committee, and.
The Hillary Clinton campaign have to be.
Extraordinarily happy with Michelle Obama's speech.
I'm T.J. walker.
