Happy birthday, YouTube. You're 10 years old today. Now, a lot has been said and commented on, written about YouTube and its significance. I frankly think that it's not overblown. In fact, it's almost impossible to overstate the importance of YouTube. It has dramatically changed the world. It's frankly hard to even imagine the world without a YouTube. Although for the vast majority of my life there was no YouTube. First 42 years of my life, no YouTube. Now it's changed not just business, but finance, culture, art, music. It's really changed about everything and it's dramatically democratized the ability for people to speak out and reach large audiences. Before YouTube, the only people who got on TV especially had worldwide audiences were kings, presidents of countries, Hollywood celebrities, and people who really have themselves plugged into the elite power structure. Nowadays, anybody can now, not anybody can have hundreds of millions of people watching them every day or every week. But now anyone who has even a simple cell phone and free WI fi connection can speak out and the whole world can see it. And this happens again and again and again, industry after industry, whether it's art, whether it's culture, whether it's music, whether it's business, whether it's the media training industry. Now, I'm hardly a YouTube sensation. I don't have any viral videos that have had millions of views, but I have had more than 5 million views in the nine years that I've been on YouTube across various channels that I've hosted. And it's something that I think is an important part of a lot of people's business, an important part of my business. Now, would I still be able to have a business if YouTube went away tomorrow? Yeah, I think so. But it has helped me, A, get clients, B, give more value to existing clients, C, build my brand, D, generate public relations and other media placements to help build awareness to my company. So there are a lot of values to YouTube. For me personally, I hope to you, the amazing thing is really how few people, how few business people use it. So that's my question to you. If you're not doing YouTube videos on a regular basis, what's holding you back?
