Hi, I'm TJ Walker. As a media trainer and crisis communications consultant, I'm always looking for opportunities to provide my expertise to the media. Recently, I wanted to comment on a major celebrity who was doing apologies and mea culpas at a press conference. And I thought, how can I reach the largest number of people? So I went to my Bulldog database and pulled up every local talk show, news show, talk radio, and every news outlet I could think of that would be interested in this particular news item, put out a press release, and bang. Within minutes, I started getting calls and emails back from media outlets wanting to interview me. These were major outlets, and it was incredibly fast, quick and easy. Didn't require a lot of me getting on the phone. Everyone from Bloomberg wire service that ended up on Business Week doing stories and quotes from me, the Los Angeles Daily News, Associated press tape television, ABC, Channel 7, right here in New York City, came not once, twice to interview us on this topic. ABC stations, NBC, TV stations in California interviewed us right here in our satellite studio. All news channels in Florida interviewed us. The calls kept on coming, the interviews kept on. Talk radio around the country, Internet radio, even Golf Digest, all. It was continual coverage, nonstop. It was easy, it was quick, it was fast.
