When I ask my clients all over the world, what do they remember about some of the best speakers they've ever seen, they do remember the stories, they remember the passion. But quite often they remember that the person walked across the stage, used the full stage, didn't stand behind a lectern, that's for sure. Sometimes came out into the audience. That's what people remember, and that's what gives people a sense of extreme confidence. And they always marvel over the fact that these great speakers didn't have to stare at notes. Their eye contact was with individuals in the audience. So your body language is critically important if you want to be seen as a great speaker. This next section will really go in depth over every aspect of body language for speeches, presentations and talks.
