A short YouTube clip featuring TJ Walker advising creators to focus on thoughtful creative goals and disciplined process rather than aiming for awards. He emphasizes working repeatedly to make the best work possible; through persistent effort, "luck emerges with wins."

Chapters

You can't paint a masterpiece with that being your goal. You can't write a screenplay saying, this is going to win the Academy Award. Instead, you have to give long, hard thought to your creative goals and then work really hard on the process and then create the best thing you can create, and then do it again and again and again. And that's where the luck emerges with wins. Please follow the TJ Walker habit.
