Ultimize. At this point, you might be thinking something important. This all makes sense. I see the problem. I understand the system. And you're right. But sadly, understanding is not enough because here's what happens next. You have a good day. Hey, that's great. Pat on the back. You apply what you've learned. You control your environment. You stay focused. You produce something meaningful. Rah-rah! Let's give ourselves a high five. And then the next day, things slip. You check something, you get pulled in, you lose a little control. And over time, if you're not careful, you drift back to your old patterns. That's normal. It's human. And that's why you need a reset system. Not something complicated, something simple. Something you can do every day because the goal is not to be perfect. The goal is to return quickly when you drift. Think about this. If your phone, your apps, and your environment are constantly reinforcing certain behaviors, what should you be doing? Well, you should be reinforcing your own behaviors, the ones you want, the ones that help you, and you need to do it Just like your phone does, daily, consistently, with repetition. This is where everything comes together. So instead of relying on memory, you create a short, repeatable routine, a reset, a moment where you remind yourself what truly matters, what you're producing, what you're avoiding, and how you're structuring your day. And you do it every day, not once, not occasionally, but daily, because repetition is what changes behavior. That's how advertising works. That's how habits form, and that's how you take back control. So in the next lesson, I'm going to give you a simple reset system, something you can listen to, use, or watch and repeat every single day. single day. And if you actually use it, it becomes the anchor that keeps everything else in place. That's what's different about what we're doing here. It's not about just new information and every single session. It's also refining it so you have a way of essentially brainwashing yourself, but not in a negative way, because it's you deciding how to plug in an operating system into your own brain so your brain, your mind works to your advantage the way you want. So that's what's coming up.
