TJ Walker doesn't know RAM from gigabytes, but he built a video training business anyway by hiring people who do. He's now using AI to translate his courses into multiple languages instead of pretending to be an expert at everything.
Chapters
Are you able to work around your weaknesses? I confess I know nothing about technology. I don't know the difference between memory, ram, gigabytes, mega. I don't know what any of those things mean. I don't even know how to edit video. And yet I make my living exclusively from creating online software in the form of online video and training. How do you do this? You've got to recognize your strengths weaknesses where you're not willing to learn. Or in my case, you're too lazy to learn. You've got to constantly reach out to others who have more expertise. At the moment, I'm spending all of my time trying to figure out how to use artificial intelligence to get all of my courses translated into dozens of languages all over the world. It's okay if you don't know every aspect of technology, but if you don't find some way of incorporating it, you're going to be left behind.
