Ben, I have a show and we want to put that on Broadway. What would you start working with me on to get to that process?
Well, for, um, with Broadway, first, uh, I usually say let's do front money agreements so that you can get funding from initial investors to start you up. Okay. And that can allow you to pay your legal bill. Um, so not you personally, um, but I mean, you know, that would allow one to pay their legal bill, but also get a general manager and a casting director and the rights from the authors. And then I would say, okay, so we've got some money, um, let's do an agreement with the authors and get the rights. So now you have investor money, rights from the authors, and then, you know, sometimes you would say let's hire a general manager and do that deal. So you have a partner on board who can handle all the nitty-gritty. And maybe prepare for a reading with the front money that you have, and then we would, if there was enough interest from people that attended the reading, we would maybe do an offering to raise the real money for a Broadway show. A Broadway show is somewhere between $2.5 million for a play up to $15 million for a musical.
