Birch Haven Playground. There's tons to do here at Birch Haven, including you can play some Gaga Ball. There's tetherball. There's basketball. For the younger ones, there's a playground, a playset, swing, slide. And in 2016, this beauty turned 90. This was built in Milwaukee and somehow transported here. We don't know when. We call her Mary. It's a very unique merry-go-round that is 90 years old as of 2016. You can play horseshoes and you can even play volleyball. Perhaps the most popular feature— it's so sad there, it's just sitting, nobody on it— is the bag swing. Birch Haven also offers bikes for kids, and there's even a teeter-totter fashioned into a couple of— go figure— birch trees. Birch Haven also offers a game room. For guests. In addition to being the most affordable cabin rental in this part of Minnesota and perhaps the whole state, we have the most to do. No one will ever get bored here. And if it's raining or if it's chilly out, you can check out our game room, which is a great place to hang out and play that card game. When someone's taking a nap, you need to go to a bigger space. We've had families bring a few tables in here and have a big family meal together. There's foosball, ample seating area, and some stuff for the little kids to do. Somewhere stuffed underneath there, I think, are even— Ah, some other toys for kids to play with. If you got one kid napping and you just need to have some Wi-Fi time, this is where our Wi-Fi signal emanates, so you get the strongest Wi-Fi signal in the whole resort. Get a little work done while the rugrat plays around. On the other side of the game room, there's ping pong, our currently our only video game. Is Moon Patrol. And there's air hockey. So there's lots to do away from the lake as well as on the lake.
