In this 30‑minute video, practitioner Tom Gellie treats a patient named Luc for chronic foot pain that has persisted for about six months. The session begins with Tom asking Luc to rate his pain on a 0–10 scale at various points on the foot, with initial ratings ranging from 3 to 10. Tom guides Luc through a series of functional movements—standing on the balls of the feet, applying compression, and walking—while continuously checking for pain. After a series of five corrective adjustments using the PDTR (Progressive Dynamic Tissue Release) and Anatomy in Motion approach, Luc reports a complete reduction of pain, both when bearing weight on the balls of his feet and during normal walking. The dialogue is informal and supportive, emphasizing real‑time feedback and patient satisfaction. The treatment duration is roughly 30 minutes, and Luc expresses happiness with the outcome.
