I promised myself I. I wasn't going to cry when. When we got to this point in the program, but here I am. I'm crying. I'm crying harder than Kanye when he lost that Nike contract.
Oh. Oh, okay. I see some of you are laughing while I'm crying. Oh, whatever. Anyways, I have nothing but respect, admiration, and love. The fact that you all are here at the end of the program, so celebrating that you got through everything. And for those of you who don't know me, my name is Tom. I was the facilitator for their opening program back in June of 2022 at Camp Arrowwood. Speaking of Camp Arrowwood, raise your hand if you remember those first moments when you came into the lodge. Quick side note, I can't actually see your hands in the air, so you can go ahead and put it down now, Ian, I see you. Even if you don't remember. I do. Because I remember when so many of you walked into the lodge, that first your shoulders were down, your head was down a little bit, and your voice was a little cracking. I could feel the nervousness, the tension, the anxiety in your voices. Because some of you knew each other. Most of you didn't know each other yet at all. But look at how you walked into the room today. I'm not there right now, but I can imagine exactly how you all look right now. Your shoulders are up, your head's back. You're speaking with such confidence. And that makes sense to me because you. You did the work. You showed up when most people won't. You made it happen. I want to challenge you to remember, to remember this feeling, this energy, this moment. Take your hand, like, grab some of the energy and put it in your pocket because you're going to need it later. Just like in a video game, you've completed level one, but now that means you get to move on to level two. And while you are a bigger, better version of yourself, the challenges you're about to face in Level 2 are going to be more difficult. They're going to require more from you. And if you show up every day and make it happen, yes, even you, Jack and Bella. And you show up true to who you are, and you surround yourself with a group of peers like you have during this program, I have no doubt you're going to crush level two, level three, level four, level five, level six, and on and on and on and on. So, one final time, this is Tom sending you all a huge congratulations for completing this program. And to close out, I can think of nothing better to do than a hup, hup, whoosh.
