Tom Krieglstein walks through a Brooklyn venue for his upcoming keynote. The stage is too far from the audience, so he'll skip it and speak from the floor instead, filling the three central bleacher sections to keep everyone closer and more engaged.

Hey, this is Tom here today, I'm speaking in Brooklyn, but I want to give you a first look at the space and give some feedback here. Real fast. I'm going to turn the camera around. Alright, so here we are. This is a quick glimpse of the space. So here are a few things I'm going to highlight really fast. Bleachers right here, not always my favorite. So what I'm going to make sure though happens is instead of people just going and sitting up there, I make sure everyone sits in this middle section, get them nice and tight. The other thing back here, that screen is gorgeous. It is an amazing screen. Love it. But look how far that stage is from the audience. And so I am not going to use that stage at all. And instead I'm actually going to be talking from right here. So I'm going to get them to come in, fill up these three sections right here and then I'm going to deliver the program from right here, nice and close to them. My name's Tom, I'm helping you to engage your people. I'll see you at the next keynote.
