Hey, it is Tom here. Yesterday, I gave a program to a corporation in New York City, and the topic was how to go from good to great to outstanding because they were already amazing managers within their organization. And so I gave them four tips on how to do that. The first one was how to be ruthless with their time. I gave them tips and strategies on how to be ruthless with their time so that they really maximize what they're working on. The second thing was I said that they can't go it alone, that they have to work together, that they have to do more than what's in their job description. The third thing was I said that they have to be open to change, adaptable to change. And I walk through the change management process, and the last and final one is I said that they had to do the work. I know it sounds simple, but so few people actually do the work that's needed to be done that when they mess up, they get back up and keep going, keep going.
