I always wonder what people's morning routines are, so I figured I would share mine. On a normal typical workday, it starts by waking up at 6:45 to get my stepdaughter to school and that involves getting lunch ready, breakfast ready, and of course waking myself up. But during that time, two things I do is number one is I do some push ups right away in the morning 25 push ups and I also splash my full face with cold water and put eye drops in my eyes. After she's off to school, while my wife is driving her to school, I will play piano. For 10 to 20 minutes I'll play some piano and then when my wife comes back we'll do yoga or Tai chi in which I'll also do some back exercises. Then lastly I get breakfast ready for the two of us and get myself ready for the first meeting of work related stuff. And that's my morning routine.
