The gray hairs are going to happen. They are just battle scars of life. I feel like we're no longer on Team Human. I feel like now we are Team AI in the grand scheme of things, we are nothing, but yet we feel like we matter so much. These are three quotes that people from within the Swift Kick Team said at some point over the past several months. Why do I remember these quotes? Well, because we have what's called a team quotes board. The Team Quotes board is a place where every time someone on our team says one line that is kind of ridiculous, we take that quote, we put it into that quotes board, and then here's where the magic happens. Because we have a tradition to revisit that quotes board every so often. Sometimes we revisit it at team meetings. Sometimes we revisit it at a company retreat. Sometimes we revisit it as part of our marketing material for social media or print. Maybe your team should have a quotes board because it has some amazing benefits. Not only does it create a tradition for you and your team, it also creates a sense of silliness for everyone to laugh about what each other say over time. And lastly, it bonds the team together because you can remember back to when that person said that ridiculous quote, quote or one offline.
