80% of all filed or stored information is never referred to again. That's straight coming from Chet Holmes book the Ultimate Sales Machine, which I have a copy right here. We collect so much information from meetings, books, conferences, videos, but then what? It just sits there. It collects this digital dust. So here's the point. Use it or ditch it. If you're not going to act on the information, why are we holding onto it in the first place? Let's be intentional about what we learn and how we apply it. Next time you come across a nugget of wisdom, ask yourself, how can I use this right now? And then file it somewhere so that it will be used at some point in the future. And if you can't, maybe it's time to just let it go and.
