Hi, my name is Jennifer Jennings and I am here at the APCA conference where I got to experience Tom a few months ago at NSO at College of DuPage. And now I get to see him again. And he was on fire. He was lit. I enjoyed myself so much. One of the main things that I remember about Tom is all the secrets and the hacks and things he shared with us and how to get students involved and how not to be so excited with them to where it draws them back. And the number thing that I remember, don't be a scary six. I'm full of energy, I'm full of excitement, so I can come on. But with Tom, when he shared that with me, it made me rethink how do I want to approach people so that they won't feel intimidated or they won't feel scared that this person is coming on too strong. So you come here, you see Tom, and you do all you can do, and it's great.
