Speaker tip number 312 is don't fight food. By that, I mean I was setting up for a program, and they asked if I would be willing to speak while the audience is eating dinner, and I said, no chance. I learned a long time ago that I will never fight with food. It's dedicated food time, and then it's dedicated keynote time. Don't try and mix those two, because it's a losing battle for you.
