Let's talk about bad days or off days. As productive as I am or as I try to be, I have bad days many times. It's totally okay to have these days where you fail at hitting your goals. Here's an example. Even top athletes have bad days. They miss shots. They lose games. They have a bad court side. The key is not to let it slide, but to acknowledge it and commit then tomorrow to a fresh start. Michael Jordan missed over 9,000 shots in his career, but he never let one bad game define him. He acknowledged it, and then the next day committed to being better. Don't dwell on that negative of one bad day. Acknowledge it, learn from it and move forward and commit tomorrow to a fresh mindset.
