Last week I was at the supermarket and there were zero parking spaces anywhere, so I ended up having to park all the way in the back of the parking lot. Now, at this moment, I have two choices. Number one, be frustrated, annoyed, angry that there's no parking spaces. Or option two think of it as a gift. A gift that I got to park in the back and add extra steps to my day so that I'm healthy. Fear Every single situation in our lives. We can choose how we want to narrate it. What story are we going to attach to it? How are we going to label it? It's going to make all the difference in our happiness, joy, bliss, and peace versus our anger, annoyance, upset, and frustration. The choice is just how do you want to live on a daily basis.
