Hey, friends, it's Tom here. I just finished up my monthly mastermind with my group. And I'm sure you've all heard the phrase, you are the average of the people you keep around you. And that stuck with me after this meeting, because the one thing I was thinking about is that this group doesn't just talk, they actually put in the work. Like, success is based on who's willing to put in the work. Because all the information is out there on the Internet. We can share it with each other, but after the call's done, after the meetings, done, do you put in the work? Most won't. Most won't. And that's why most won't be successful. So that's why I love surrounding myself with people who don't just talk it and think about it, but actually put in the work.
