How well do we know this person? We don't even know if they're a student on this campus. They may just be walking by. But we want them. We expect them to interact with us the same way our best friend does. So what I'm saying is that your current activities right now do a really good job at hitting the 1 through the 5. The problem is this isn't what your res hall looks like. It actually looks like this. Meaning the most of your activities do a great job with a small percentage of your population. The largest percent are down at the bottom going meh meh meh and will miss all the activities you're hosting. So if you have a goal for this year, it should be this one thing.
