Hey, friends, it's Thom here. And life has thrown me curve balls. It's gonna throw you curve balls. We're gonna head down these unexpected, difficult paths. But when life takes that ugly turn, it is crucial to not throw that negativity, that ugliness, to the people around us, especially the ones we love the most and are closest with. Instead, use that negative period, that hard time, to build your own resilience, to get back on your feet. Don't make your problem everyone else's problem.
