You know, I was making a couple hundred grand a year in real estate. I was doing well. But then in 2012, it really took off. I got in with a hedge fund that was buying up all sorts of properties, and I set up a team going door to door. I ended up selling in like a 3-month period. I think I sold almost 100 homes, and it kind of took off from there and became the number one agent in my county, one of the 2 or 3 best in the state, top sales, at least number of sales.
