Yeah, so actually, even before I started Horizon, um, when I started in real estate, um, one of the natural things that happens is people are— and I was looking for money. I needed to find money and lenders, partners, etc. And banks weren't lending to me. I was young, I was new. And but someone taught me this concept at an event, the self-directed concept. And obviously that's what I own and what I do today is I own a self-directed IRA company.
